Ross Sims is the Area Vice President, Enterprise Sales at Sprout Social, based in Chicago, Illinois. In this leadership role, he oversees large-scale enterprise accounts and strategic sales initiatives across key markets. Prior to joining Sprout Social, Ross built an impressive sales career with established firms such as IBM, Google, Morningstar, and Apple, and also founded and owned a business called LoyalTees. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana‑Champaign. Ross is well-regarded within his organization and was named to Sprout Social’s President’s Club in 2024 for outstanding sales performance. He also guest lectures at the University of Miami, sharing strategic insights on digital listening and social media analytics with aspiring professionals.
