Panel | Replace or augment? The AI SDR debate CROs can't avoid
Every CRO is fielding the same pitch right now: let AI run outbound and cut headcount, or use it to make reps sharper. Get the call wrong and you either burn budget on tools that alienate prospects, or you burn out a team doing manual work software already handles better. This session cuts through the vendor noise to look at where AI SDRs actually hold up against human reps, where they quietly fail, and how CROs are structuring pilots that answer the replace or augment question with data instead of guesswork. Attendees will leave with: - A clear-eyed comparison of where AI outbound outperforms reps, and where it still falls short, backed by what's actually being measured in the field. - A pilot structure for testing AI SDRs without betting the pipeline on it. - Questions to ask any AI SDR vendor before signing, that most CROs aren't asking yet.
