Alyssa
Chief Revenue Officer
IDR
Alyssa Quinn is Chief Revenue Officer at IDR. Over more than 20 years she has driven significant revenue generation and sustainable profitability for companies and business units in the $20M to $100M+ range across B2B research and data, analytics, professional services and information services, consistently achieving multi-digit year-over-year growth. Her core skill is building the teams that produce that growth. Alyssa has recruited, developed and led sizeable sales and account management organizations across global markets and multiple sales functions, at start-ups and inside new market initiatives, in PE-backed, transformation and high-growth settings alike. At PierceGray she expanded the commercial team from 6 to 18 contributors in a single year while delivering double-digit growth in 2024. At Coleman Research she joined the expert network firm in its early stages and helped take it from under $1M to more than $30M in seven years and into 20 global markets, then built a 12-person sales team that produced the highest growth year in the company's 20-plus year history. She is at her best identifying market and product opportunities, restructuring and scaling sales teams and systems, and executing go-to-market strategy where broad commercial vision has to translate into revenue.

Panel | Replace or augment? The AI SDR debate CROs can't avoid
Every CRO is fielding the same pitch right now: let AI run outbound and cut headcount, or use it to make reps sharper. Get the call wrong and you either burn budget on tools that alienate prospects, or you burn out a team doing manual work software already handles better. This session cuts through the vendor noise to look at where AI SDRs actually hold up against human reps, where they quietly fail, and how CROs are structuring pilots that answer the replace or augment question with data instead of guesswork. Attendees will leave with: - A clear-eyed comparison of where AI outbound outperforms reps, and where it still falls short, backed by what's actually being measured in the field. - A pilot structure for testing AI SDRs without betting the pipeline on it. - Questions to ask any AI SDR vendor before signing, that most CROs aren't asking yet.
