At Cisco, Roshin has played a key role in the company’s transition to a recurring revenue model, helping grow SaaS revenue from 30% to over 55% in three years. He partners with GTM and Sales Leadership on strategy, planning, incentive design, and field enablement, supporting a global sales organization of 17,000+. He also leads integration efforts for major acquisitions, including Splunk’s $28B acquisition.
Previously, Roshin was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, advising C-suite clients on strategy and transformation. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut.
