Josh has held senior executive roles at both public and private software companies, resulting in both IPO and acquisition. In that time, he has built and led many large and successful field and operations organizations, and is proud of helping see over 40 heads of Post-Sales and RevOps come from his teams. A national speaker on Customer Growth and AI, he has won industry awards for innovation in post-sales. Josh spent nearly a decade with McKinsey & Company where he was a leader in their Technology practice. He lives in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and four children
