Joe is a seasoned Global Operations Executive with over 20 years of experience in technology, operations, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record of leading companies through critical growth phases, securing over $70 million in Series A-C funding, and expanding operations across seven countries. As the SVP of Operations at Cyware, Joe spearheaded strategic initiatives that resulted in 10x revenue growth and significant market expansion. He established and led the Revenue Operations team, integrating it with all departments to tackle complex, high-impact problems, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization. Before his tenure at Cyware, Joe founded and led EcoMen Solar, where he developed and executed a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, scaling the business to over 800 cities. He implemented Revenue Operations workflows that connected marketing, sales, customer service, and finance, enhancing customer satisfaction and profitability. His focus on leveraging technology for operational efficiency, such as automating 95% of processes, and building strong partnerships, resulted in substantial revenue growth and a robust market presence. Joe holds an MBA in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BS in Computer Science from Rutgers University. He is known for his advisory work in operations and go-to-market strategies, helping organizations optimize their processes, align their teams, and achieve substantial growth.
