From Insight to Impact: A Framework for Turning Data Into GTM Decisions
Revenue Operations teams sit at the intersection of data, decisions, and execution. But even the most advanced analytics can fail to drive action when insights aren’t clearly communicated. This session introduces a practical “narrative-driven analytics” framework that helps RevOps leaders connect data to decisions through effective storytelling. Drawing on real-world case studies, the session outlines a four-layer model (data, analytics, decision, and narrative) that translates complex insights into strategies that sales, marketing, and finance leaders can understand and act on. Attendees will learn how to frame KPIs, forecasts, and performance dashboards around business context, build stakeholder trust in analytics outputs, and turn RevOps data into compelling narratives that accelerate executive alignment and growth.
