Neuroscience-driven GTM — getting your foot in the door with decision makers, and reading the signals behind stalled or ghosted deals
Cold outbound is a numbers game, and volume is the easy part. The deals come from getting in front of the right person at the right moment, and from writing outreach that puts the prospect in charge, so they talk to you instead of you talking at them. Decision-makers say yes for reasons that have little to do with how many times you followed up, and everything to do with what their brain reads as relevant and safe enough to answer.
I've spent seven years running these experiments across many industries, backed by cognitive neuroscience from Stanford's extension program, and I've seen six-figure corporate deals that started from a single cold message. In this keynote I'll break down how to build trust with a stranger online and write cold messages that make people want to reply, not brace for a pitch. You'll leave with the do's and don'ts that turn cold into closed, and every claim comes with a number.
