Start-Up to Scale-Up: mechanisms to drive cross-functional/strategic alignment in a growing organization
This session would tell the story of the Capital One Software start-up that was established within the broader, highly-matrixed Capital One enterprise, and the cultural pivots that have had to occur to support a quick and scrappy SaaS start-up to grow within a highly-regulated, slow-moving financial institution.
Our Revenue Operations organization within C1 Software plays a significant role in bringing partners together, serving as a hub to connect dots across risk, process and technology, and my presentation would get into how a RevOps org can be effective in such a nuanced environment. In support of this story, I can get into specific mechanisms that RevOps has stood up to drive cross-functional alignment and GTM strategy.
