As the Vice President of Sales at Concentrix, she leads three sales teams focused on CX Tech and Strategic Partnerships, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes. Known for building high-performing revenue engines, Rachel has a proven track record of turning visionary ideas into market-leading results—such as launching and scaling the Amazon partnership to an eight-figure pipeline within eight months and developing the global GTM framework for Concentrix’s CCaaS partners. Before her decade in technology, Rachel spent ten years leading national companies in the finance sector, giving her a rare, holistic understanding of P&L management and the financial discipline behind sustainable growth. Her leadership is defined by grit, resilience, and creativity—qualities forged early in life as a single teen mother who defied expectations to build a successful career and buy her first home at 19.
