Prior to Google, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led sales and GTM transformations for large TMT clients, delivering 10% top-line growth while reducing sales costs. Mohit also brings four years of project management experience at General Electric and AkzoNobel. He holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business (2015) and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi. His expertise spans strategy, GTM transformation, sales operations, business forecasting, seller productivity, financial modeling, merger management, project management, inventory management, process engineering, and HSE.
