VP, Revenue Operations
Jake Smiles is the former Vice President of Revenue Operations at SpotHero, where he spearheaded the company's revenue strategy, sales operations, product operations, and go-to-market efforts. With a deep focus on driving operational excellence and aligning strategic initiatives, Jake plays a pivotal role in maximizing SpotHero's growth and market impact. Before stepping into his leadership role with SpotHero, Jake held a series of senior positions at SpotHero, including General Manager of Growth Verticals, General Manager of Core Segments, and Senior Director of New and Emerging Business Lines. These roles allowed him to lead diverse teams, optimize business processes, and scale SpotHeroā€™s offerings across new markets. In his earlier career, Jake spent 10 years in management consulting, working across several prestigious firms, including PwC Strategy (formerly Booz & Company). As an Engagement Manager, he specialized in corporate strategy, transaction advisory, and operational improvement, helping clients navigate complex business challenges and unlock value through data-driven insights and strategic transformation. Jake earned his bachelor's degree in business from Washington University in St. Louis.
