Christopher leads the revenue operations function at Cover Whale with a focus on designing cross-functional processes that support nearly 2,000 agencies and more than 4,000 appointed agents. Chris works closely with his colleagues across customer service, underwriting, AI/Technology, finance, and actuarial teams to ensure we're positioned to succeed in executing our revenue growth strategy.
