Alexis Faughnan is the Director of Revenue Transformation at Gong, where she helps organizations move from operating in the dark to making confident, data-backed decisions that drive measurable revenue outcomes. With over a decade of hands-on experience as a RevOps & Enablement practitioner & Gong customer twice over, Alexis brings a rare perspective to her role: she’s lived the challenges her clients face. Before joining Gong, she served as Sr. Director of RevOps & Enablement at both Hearst and Wpromote, where she built and scaled GTM operating models, led large-scale technology adoption initiatives, and drove cross-functional alignment across complex organizations. At Gong, Alexis specializes in revenue AI best practices, change management, and platform adoption helping companies translate technology investment into real business outcomes. She is particularly skilled at working with non-ICP organizations and enterprises navigating M&A complexity, tech stack rationalization, and GTM transformation at scale. Her work spans executive alignment through to field execution, ensuring that transformation sticks. In her free time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband Brian — who also calls Gong home — and exploring life in New Canaan, Connecticut.
