As part of the COO office at WNS, a global multinational with $1.2 billion revenue, he spearheads innovative programs benefiting over 600 clients across industries. With a strong background in outsourcing, marketing, and research roles, David's data-led innovation career began with a Chemistry PhD, leading to ten academic publications. Outside work, he is actively involved as Vice Chair of governors at a local primary school and enjoys competing in the UK National Championships as a marathon canoeist.
