Margaret Lilani is a revenue executive, board advisor, and investor with a track record of building and scaling global commercial organizations. As CRO of Highspring, a PE-backed global professional services firm, she has owned international revenue operations, driven strategic sales and GTM execution, played a central role in the company rebrand, and spearheaded its agentic AI deployment initiative across enterprise and GTM workflows. Previously, as SVP at Upwork, she was part of the leadership team that took the company public, helped launch the AI category on the marketplace, scaled Managed Services from $20M to $60M ARR across 90+ countries, and built the Expert Vetted product from zero to a $100M+ run rate. Margaret advises early-stage and growth-stage companies on GTM strategy and sits at the intersection of revenue leadership and AI-enabled operations.
