In his most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer, Andrew led all aspects of revenue, achieving a 4.4x increase in company valuation over two years, with 100% year-over-year ARR growth into significant 8-figure revenues. He successfully guided the company from Series A funding ($7M from Founders Fund) through to Series B funding ($45M from Craft).
As the revenue leader of the organization, Andrew's primary responsibility was to build shareholder value, a task he has diligently undertaken since 2018. He consistently increased year-over-year ARR by a factor of 2x to 6x, depending on the year and stage of the company.
Through his efforts, Andrew has a proven track record of more than doubling company valuation each year. This level of impact is what he strives for and works incredibly hard to achieve.
Andrew believes that building something world-class requires a focus on people. A crucial part of his role is recruiting and developing talent.
