Charlie Sonnenberg is SVP of Global Sales of Totango, a customer growth platform that helps businesses protect and grow revenue from their customer base. With over a decade of experience in enterprise sales and solutions at Salesforce, Mastercard and Totango, Charlie is instrumental in creating and executing an aligned go-to-market strategy for the merged Totango organization. His leadership significantly contributed to the company’s achievement in exceeding first quarter bookings 150% to plan in 2024 as a newly unified company. Charlie is committed to galvanizing and leading a cross functional sales team that includes sales development representatives, sales executives, and revenue operations across the Enterprise, Commercial and Global segments. Prior to joining Totango, he led the Loyalty business unit at Mastercard as they diversified their business model from Payments into SaaS. His early profession was marked by a rapid ascent in commercial and enterprise sales leadership at Salesforce, where he was also a key contributor in standing up their Dallas hub. Committed to building and leading sales leaders strong in cross functional collaboration and experience, Charlie is an active Executive Member and Go-To-Market Leader Track for Pavilion. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
