Building GTM teams for profitability
With an increase in competition and reduction in capital, growth stage companies need to optimise for profitability more than ever - without slowing down their growth.
This talk is set to challenge some assumptions we collectively have about what the minimum requirements are to grow a company. As an alternative, we'll explore building trust-based teams through effective incentive structures, clear operational guidelines, implementing tools for autonomous decision-making, identifying and eliminating profit leaks, as well as how to use pricing to create healthy organisational feedback loops.
