With over 10 years of experience optimizing cross-functional processes in the tech industry or also known as Sales Ops/ Marketing Ops/ CX Ops, her super power is aligning revenue teams to drive 10X growth in a holistic way. Recognized for her strategic insight and operational expertise, Evelina is passionate about building high-performing teams and scalable operating models that get the attention of the C-level. Her RevOps journey began in Scandinavia, where she guided a scale-up from 200 to 1,000 people through significant growth, expansion, and market leadership, while successfully managing mergers and acquisitions and ensuring a strong system foundation. Now based in the Netherlands, Evelina leads the Revenue Operations function at Adyen supporting > 2.000 people across 27 offices around the world.
