Outside her day-to-day work, Stephanie is a returning speaker at Sales Enablement Collective, as well as APMP and RES. She's passionate about building community among enablement practitioners and helping the function mature into the strategic discipline she believes it's always had the potential to be.

Enablement meets RevOps: Building a partnership that actually works
Enablement and RevOps are supposed to be natural allies, both exist to make the revenue engine run better, yet the two functions often operate in silos, duplicating work or pulling in different directions. This fireside chat gets into what a real partnership between the two actually looks like: where responsibilities should split, where they should overlap, and how to build trust between functions that too often compete for the same seat at the table. The conversation will also dig into what separates a good enablement function from a world-class one, the operating model, metrics, and org design choices that let enablement actually move the needle rather than just running training sessions. Key takeaways include: - A clearer view of where enablement and RevOps responsibilities should split and overlap. - Practical ideas for building trust and real partnership between the two functions. - A blueprint for what a world-class enablement operating model actually looks like.
