Where is your GTM model wasting time, money and capacity?
GTM inefficiency rarely comes from one obvious problem. It accumulates through duplicated technology, manual processes, poorly allocated capacity, low-converting activity and operating rhythms that consume more time than they create value. Without a connected view, organisations risk cutting costs in the wrong places while leaving the biggest sources of friction untouched. This session will explore how RevOps leaders can diagnose inefficiency across the entire GTM model and distinguish productive investment from operational drag. Attendees will learn how to assess where resources are being consumed, prioritise the changes with the greatest commercial impact and improve efficiency without undermining growth. Key takeaways: - How to identify hidden inefficiencies across people, process and technology - A framework for prioritising productivity improvements by commercial impact - How to reduce GTM cost and complexity without weakening revenue capacity
