Onboarding AI agents like people: The secret to 10x RevOps results
AI Agents are becoming a critical part of RevOps, but too many teams treat them like plug-and-play tools rather than actual team members. Just like new hires, AI Agents need proper onboarding, training, and a clear success plan to drive real impact. In this session, Zapier's Head of Enterprise Innovation Philip Laken will reveal valuable insights from onboarding over 25,000 rideshare drivers and 15,000 real estate agents. He'll demonstrate how structured onboarding leads to 10x results, whether it's for people or AI. Heā€™ll also break down the biggest mistakes RevOps teams make when deploying AI, a step-by-step framework to get your AI Agent ramped up fast, and real-world examples of what works (and what doesnā€™t). Whether you're hiring your first AI Agent or tweaking the ones you already have, this talk will give you the playbook for turning AI into a high-performing RevOps teammate.
