Jeff is the Sr. Director of Business Operations for Flash, an innovative medical cost sharing platform and community that reduces healthcare costs for its members. At Flash, he oversees strategy/planning, analytics, the tech stack and process optimization across the company while also owning Salesforce as a product. Prior to Flash, Jeff ran Revenue Operations for Compeat, a leading provider of back-office software tailored to the hospitality industry, helping lead to it being acquired by a competitor for 10x revenue in 2021. Before Compeat, Jeff worked as Chief of Staff and as an analyst for SailPoint Technologies, which successfully IPO’ed in 2017. Jeff graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he played varsity tennis.
