Valerie is currently the Director of Revenue Operations at Andela, a global remote company specializing in connecting technology talent within emerging markets, with hundreds of leading companies. With 10 years of experience administering Salesforce, Valerie transitioned her career into Revenue Operations to drive effective and meaningful growth to revenue through process and technology. She is passionate about building a best in class ops function, and solving business problems through automation. Outside of work, she spends her free time practicing yoga, and trying to find the best omakase in NYC (while very thoroughly enjoying the journey).
