Strategies and insights for managing change at scale
We live in a world where change is constant, and nowhere is it more true than in Revenue Operations teams. As GTM operators, we are not just experiencing change, but very often, we are in position to lead and land change And yet, despite change being a constant part of our professional lives, we have not nailed it. 70% of corporate change programs fail, and in an increasingly fast moving, complex, inter-connected world, the impact of failed change is huge. In his career with Bain Consulting and at Google GTM, Rohit has led change transformation projects at both ends of the scale spectrum, and brings a passion and depth of experience in this topic. In this session, we will explore how to contextualize different types of change, and look at a simple construct to think through how to diagnose and create a change plan. We will explore together through practical scenarios and examples how to drive change both at scale and at a personal level.
