Jared Barol is a seasoned sales and operations leader with over 14 years of experience driving global strategy, operations, and transformational growth. As Head of Global Strategy & Operations for Salesforce's Industries Operating Unit, he created frameworks to identify investment opportunities and shape industry-specific go-to-market strategies, accelerating revenue and international expansion across 33 sectors. Jared has a strong track record in turning around underperforming business units across industries like Hi-Tech, AdTech, and Consulting. He also founded six companies, two of which had successful exits. He holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where he occasionally teaches.
