The revenue data flywheel: How AI-native GTM teams build competitive advantage
AI adoption has quickly become table stakes. Every company now has access to the same frontier models, copilots, and automation tools. As AI capabilities converge, competitive advantage is shifting away from models themselves and toward the proprietary data companies generate every day. The highest-performing GTM organizations don't just automate tasks. They build revenue data flywheels. Every customer interaction, CRM record, sales call, and email continuously improves the quality of their data, making every future decision smarter than the last. This session introduces a framework for building an AI-native revenue organization where systems continuously capture, structure, enrich, and learn from every interaction. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for transforming fragmented RevOps workflows into a compounding competitive advantage. Key Takeaways: 1. AI is becoming a commodity. Your proprietary revenue data is not. 2. The best GTM teams are replacing linear workflows with data flywheels. 3. The CRM should become an output of intelligent systems, not the place where work begins. 4. RevOps is evolving from systems administration to competitive strategy.
