Sam is the Head of Sales Operations, UK & Emerging Markets at Xero. Previously, Sam was the Director for Revenue Operations at Pearson. There, he created a brand new RevOps function to combine 3 business acquisitions into one holistic GTM operations. Over the last 2 years, Sam has now built the department from the ground up, creating a team consisting of focuses in; analytics and insights, rewards and compensation, tools and platforms and finally enablement.
