Pick one high‑impact problem. Forecast accuracy, pipeline reviews, data quality, GTM reporting, enablement, or handoffs, and join a table with peers and an expert facilitator. Together, you will: - Swap AI plays that already save hours in real RevOps teams. - Build and refine prompts/GPTs for specific tasks: opp and account deep‑dives, renewal risk flags, QBR packs, call summaries, lead scoring, and more. - Decide where to automate, where to keep humans in the loop, and how to avoid AI-in-RevOps pitfalls. You’ll leave with: - A prompt library organised by RevOps workflow. - Blueprints for GPTs/agents that plug into your existing stack. - Guardrails from teams already running AI in production.
