AI hackathon: Kill busywork and fix your pipeline
AI won’t replace RevOps, but RevOps leaders who master AI will replace the ones who don’t. This is a live hackathon, not a slide deck. You’ll sit with other RevOps leaders and build prompts, workflows, and custom GPTs that attack the worst parts of your job: bad data, messy pipeline, manual reporting, sloppy handoffs, and endless “can you pull this?” requests. Pick one high‑impact problem. Forecast accuracy, pipeline reviews, data quality, GTM reporting, enablement, or handoffs, and join a table with peers and an expert facilitator. Together, you will: - Swap AI plays that already save hours in real RevOps teams. - Build and refine prompts/GPTs for specific tasks: opp and account deep‑dives, renewal risk flags, QBR packs, call summaries, lead scoring, and more. - Decide where to automate, where to keep humans in the loop, and how to avoid AI-in-RevOps pitfalls. You’ll leave with: - A prompt library organised by RevOps workflow. - Blueprints for GPTs/agents that plug into your existing stack. - Guardrails from teams already running AI in production. Skip this and you’ll keep experimenting alone. Join, and you walk out with a ready-to-use AI RevOps playbook built with (and battle tested by) your peers.
