He helped raise $300M+ of capital from VC and PE firms, managed 100+ person global teams, and built and scaled high-growth businesses from inception to scale to successful exits, driving significant shareholder value. He is an angel investor in SaaS startups, a member of the Operators Guild, and has advised various tech pioneers, including Vouch, Box.com, Entelo, and Sococo. Michael received his MBA from Harvard University and BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
