Roundtable discussion
In this interactive roundtable, attendees will break into smaller groups to explore a range of topics from different perspectives, share experiences, and challenge assumptions around what is—and isn’t working. The discussion will focus on the decisions, strategies, and trade-offs shaping growth today, with an emphasis on practical lessons from the room rather than theory. The aim is to exchange ideas, experiences, and approaches that CROs can take back to their own organisations. Because the best growth strategies aren’t just about doing more. They’re about knowing what matters, where to focus, and what to change.
