My early career was engineering which started my lifelong curiosity in how things work. Today I couldn't be happier as every single day I get to understand how many different companies and industries perform, and how I can help them improve. Throughout my 20+ years of experience in enterprise software, I have worked across all industry sectors, with customers ranging from SME through to the largest in the world, and have been responsible for both UK and European/Global teams setting and executing strategy. I have worked for the full breadth of company types including Listed, Private Equity owned, and experienced the transition from private through to successful IPO. Through all those experiences I have consistently outperformed targets whilst maintaining a strong commitment to people and customers.
