Christiana Brenton is a commercial strategist and media executive with over a decade of experience scaling revenue and partnerships across the APAC, European, and US markets. Currently the Chief Revenue Officer of FlightStory - a global media and investment company founded by Steven Bartlett - Christiana also co-founded FlightStory Studio, where she leads the global monetisation strategy across IP, brand partnerships, subscriptions, newsletters, global speaking and live experiences, product and ventures, publishing and indirect revenues. As CRO, Christiana oversees the company’s commercial architecture across both FlightStory Studio (media) and FlightStory Fund (investments), connecting monetisation, brand strategy, and IP expansion with strategic investment and creator-led venture building. Under her leadership, FlightStory Studio achieved 3X revenue growth in 2024 and continues to redefine what’s possible when creativity, data, and cultural influence converge.
