Matt Burton is the US Vice President of Sales for Siemens Grid Software, where he leads customer engagement and growth initiatives across North America for advanced power system simulation, grid planning, and digital grid solutions. In this role, Matt works closely with electric utilities, system operators, and industry partners to address complex challenges related to transmission planning, integrated system planning, large‑load interconnections, and grid modernization. Prior to this role, Matt held senior leadership positions building the go-to-market function in energy-focused startups, as well as engineering positions at Siemens. Matt holds an MBA and Masters in Mechanical Engineering degrees from the University of Central Florida.
