Britt builds operating systems that connect marketing, sales, finance, technology, data, and AI so revenue actually works at scale. During more than a decade at ServiceNow, she led transformation, operations, governance, and GTM initiatives across the business. At various points, her responsibilities included a $50M+ transformation portfolio spanning a 2,000-person global marketing organization, enterprise GTM operating model leadership, AI governance, planning, demand generation, CRM, analytics, and revenue attribution. Britt has also helped shape enterprise AI strategy, investment priorities, governance frameworks, and adoption approaches at scale.
