Practice to revenue: Connecting the dots
Most reps walk into their first discovery call of the week having practised exactly nothing. Traditional roleplay is slow, awkward and dependent on a manager's free thirty minutes, so it rarely happens. Reps learn on live deals instead, and the cost of that learning curve shows up in RevOps' numbers: stalled stage conversion, longer ramp, slipped forecasts and win rates nobody can fully explain.
AI roleplay changes that. Reps can practise objection handling, discovery and late-stage negotiation on demand, with immediate, scored feedback. For the first time, rep readiness becomes measurable data rather than a manager's gut feel.
This session looks at how leading revenue organisations are connecting practice data to pipeline outcomes: tying skill scores to stage-by-stage conversion, using practice gaps as a leading indicator of deal risk, and quantifying the impact of readiness on ramp time and quota attainment.
We'll cover what good looks like, where the technology and the data still have limits, and how RevOps and enablement teams are integrating AI roleplay into the revenue tech stack and CRM so it drives adoption and reporting rather than becoming another tool nobody uses after month one. If you can't yet draw a line from rep training to revenue, this session will show you how to start.
