Taniya
Thakkar
Head of Revenue Operations
Asana
Taniya Thakkar is a data-driven strategist who turns analytics into direction. Her work is built on a simple belief: data only matters when it changes how people think and act. That conviction shapes how Taniya builds analytics functions, advises executives and leads teams. Sitting at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, Taniya builds systems that turn complex, cross-functional data into clarity, giving executives confidence on the decisions that matter most. Across pipeline strategy, revenue forecasting and GTM alignment, the technical work is rigorous, but the goal never changes: make the right thing obvious. Curiosity runs through all of it, whether that means exploring how AI is reshaping GTM planning or mentoring teams to think more boldly about the smarter, more human ways data can grow a business.

Building RevOps agents that diagnose, not just predict
A forecast number on its own doesn't tell you much. The real value is in agents that can explain why the number moved, which deals are driving the drift, and where the underlying assumptions have gone stale. Not every part of forecasting should go to an agent. The session draws a practical line between what AI can reliably flag and diagnose versus where a human still needs to make the final call, particularly around deal judgement and stakeholder conversations. Rolling this out is as much a trust exercise as a technical one. Getting a forecasting agent adopted means proving its diagnostics hold up over several cycles before anyone will act on what it says, and that proof point mattered more than the model itself.
