Panel | Using AI to go from manual analysis to real-time signals
Most teams still find out something's wrong after the deal's already slipping, pulled together in a spreadsheet days after the fact. By the time the pattern shows up in a report, the window to actually do something about it has usually closed. This panel looks at what it actually takes to move from that kind of after-the-fact analysis to signals that surface while there's still time to act on them: what "real-time" really means in a RevOps context, which data sources are reliable enough to build on, and where AI is genuinely earning its place in that shift versus just adding another dashboard nobody checks. Our panellists will get into the practical groundwork this requires too, from data hygiene to defining what actually counts as a signal worth acting on, so the conversation stays grounded in what's achievable rather than the vendor pitch version of real-time.
